Probably not. There are various reasons for this. Having surgery undertaken by more experienced and specialised Consultants comes with a slightly higher cost. Additionally, the Nuffield is a fully fledged hospital with all the support services you might need. For example, all surgical patients are offered an overnight stay in a private en suite room with doctors and nurses available around the clock. If the unexpected were to occur after surgery, you would be most likely managed by the same team in the same hospital and not sent to a local NHS Emergency Department.
In the vast majority of cases, surgery performed for cosmetic benefit is not covered by the NHS.
Patients who have or have had breast cancer may qualify for reconstruction surgery on the NHS.
Some patients with mental health / wellbeing issues or problems such as significant breast asymmetry may also qualify but this should be discussed with your surgeon.
